Design recruiting workflows, candidate data, approvals, offers, and handoffs into core HCM. In a mature HCM architecture, this process is connected to upstream and downstream records, controls, owners, and decisions.

The practical question is not simply whether a platform has a feature. It is whether the organisation can operate the process consistently, measure it, govern exceptions, and preserve a trustworthy record.

• Who owns the process?
• Which system is authoritative for each record?
• What exceptions require human judgement?
• What data crosses the boundary?
• Which controls must be evidenced?
• What should be measured after go-live?
